Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ edition housemate Victoria, has opened up about the reasons behind her introverted nature.
The revelation came during a candid conversation with fellow housemate Onyeka on Friday, shedding light on the challenges she has faced since joining the reality show.
Victoria, who has been noticeably reserved and distant since the show’s commencement, disclosed that her demeanor stems from a history of being sexualized by men.
This experience, she said, has led her to be cautious in her interactions, particularly with the opposite gender.
“A lot of men tend to sexualize me. Because of what I went through, it made me put my guard up, and I don’t get too close to people, especially when it comes to the other gender,” Victoria explained.
Her reserved nature has reportedly strained her relationship with her in-house partner, Shaun, who has expressed frustration over her lack of communication.
Despite being on the show for a few weeks, Victoria has struggled to form strong bonds with other housemates, which has also impacted her performance in group tasks and social activities.
Earlier in the show, Victoria revealed that the longest romantic relationship she has ever been in lasted only four months.
