BBNaija S9: Wanni calls it quits with Shaun

Big Brother Naija’s ‘No Loose Guard’ housemate, Wanni, has officially ended her relationship with fellow housemate Shaun.

The breakup was announced during a recent episode of the show, following a revelation by the show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

Wanni and Shaun, both AS genotypes, had stirred a romance within the house, despite the odds.

However, their relationship faced huge strain after Ebuka exposed a private conversation in which Shaun expressed doubts about his relationship with Wanni.

During the Sunday live show, Ebuka played a clip where Shaun confessed that Wanni wasn’t his ideal woman, citing her aggressive nature as a major concern.

“On the outside, hot-headed women are not my spec because they tend to bring out the worst in you,” Shaun said in the clip.

He also revealed that his initial attraction was towards another housemate, Nelly, but he chose to pursue Wanni because Nelly didn’t make the first move.

When confronted by Ebuka about whether he was with Wanni because she approached him instead of Nelly, Shaun claimed, “Wanni has always been my first choice.”

The revelation didn’t sit well with Wanni, who decided to call it quits with Shaun.

In a conversation with her twin sister and fellow housemate, Handi, Wanni expressed her disappointment in Shaun’s behavior.

“God forbid Shaun’s childish behavior. He’s not an alpha male. I’m done with him, he likes drama. Imagine him trying to beef me, couldn’t even congratulate us for surviving eviction. There are so many traits that this boy shows that makes me very scared,” Wanni said.

Despite Handi’s efforts to convince her to reconsider, Wanni remained resolute, insisting that she would never forgive Shaun.
