Edo Police to impound unregistered vehicles, with tinted glass

The Edo State Commissioner Police, Nemi Iwo, has ordered that vehicles with tinted glasses and unregistered vehicles be impounded henceforth.
The order was contained in a statement issued by the Command’s spokesman, SP Moses Joel Yamu.
“In order to curb the menace of criminals especially kidnapping, robbery and cultism in Edo State, the Commissioner of Police CP Nemi Iwo(+) has ordered the immediate arrests of individuals plying the roads with tinted vehicles, unregistered, or with covered plate numbers and impounding of such vehicles,” the statement said.
It further warned the general public “to desist from using such vehicles to avoid being arrested, because the law is a respected of nobody and no one will be spared.”
Meanwhile, Iwo has appealed to the good people of Edo State to cooperate with the Command in its quest to ensure safety of lives and properties of the general public,
