Ben is a handful. Fondly called Action Ben by fans, his ubiquity and garrulousness always give him away as a frivolous and unserious character in Big Brother Season 9 reality show tagged *No Loose Guard.”
Slim and lanky, he is easily noticeable in the house. Yet his talkative nature makes his visibility and ubiquity more pronounced.
Still, Ben does not loose guard. And he always has something up his sleeve, something that his fellow housemates and fans sometimes find either disgusting or funny.
Disgusting or funny? Sure. If he is not gossiping about other housemates in the house, he is making unguarded statements or doing something that cracks others up.
Yet despite his frivolities, despite his unseriousness, despite his cranky and garrulous nature, Ben is gradually worming his way into the hearts of fans.
Ben, who has long stolen his girlfriend Chizoba’s heart- though he still flirts around with Anita – has also stolen the hearts of fans.
He did that in the night of Wednesday 5 September 2024, when he carried out the task that Big Brother had earlier given him surreptitiously to the letter.
Big Brother had earlier asked him to retrieve all the eggs that some of the housemates were hiding and take them to the diary room, adding that if he did that, he would get a reward.
“Ben, Big brother has a task for you. Some of the housemates have been hoarding eggs in the closets. All you have to do is to retrieve those eggs from the closets out of the kitchen and bring them to the diary room. If you are successful, you will be rewarded,” Biggie said.
Not only did Ben carried out the assignment to the letter, he did it with the precision, secrecy and accuracy of a secret agent. Now BBNaija fans are waiting with bated breath to see the reactions of the housemates by the time they discover that their eggs are no longer in the place they kept.
One Kasula Margaret who watched Ben carried out his job last night gives q graphic description of what happened on Facebook.
Margaret wrote: “I can’t stop laughing. I watched it all and it was really hilarious. He made sure he took all the trays of eggs from the drawers in the dressing room and then even checked in the kitchen but he didn’t find any eggs in the kitchen. He made like 3 trips and no housemate woke up. They can really sleep. Now they will start putting their eggs under their beds. I don’t know what Ozee is going to do coz his passion is eating eggs..”
While the wait is on, fans are also eager to see the reward Big Brother will give Ben for carrying out the assignment. Meanwhile, Ben is having fun and feeling cool. During the workout session this morning, he jokingly told his colleagues, “I’m the coach here. ”
Given the feat Ben achieved last night and the mastery as well as dexterity he displayed while carrying out his mission, he is not far from the truth. And indeed he is the coach there.
