Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan dies at 34
American rapper, Dequantes Devontay Lamar, popularly known as Rich Homie Quan, has died at 34.
His death was confirmed by the Fulton County Medical Examiner.
According to TMZ, Quan’s girlfriend came back home and found him unresponsive on the couch.
She then proceeded to call 911 after he started foaming in the mouth.
Rich Homie Quan first burst onto the scene in 2013 with his instant classic hit, “Type of Way”.
He followed through with fan favorites in “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)” and “Ride Out.”
He also collaborated with several big names in the industry, including 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Gucci Mane and Trinidad James.
Rich Homie Quan later joined Young Thug on the Cash Money Records project, “Rich Gang” and he was a frequent collaborator with his hometown homies, 2 Chainz and Jacquees.
