U.S. announces new $250 million Military aid package for Ukraine

The U.S. government has announced a new $250 million military aid package to support Ukraine in its ongoing defense against Russia’s attacks.

In a statement on September 6, 2024, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken detailed that the assistance, drawn from Department of Defense stocks, will provide air defense missiles, rocket and artillery munitions, anti-tank weapons, Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles, and other essential equipment.
