On Monday, the housemates in BBNaija Season 9 faced the nomination room once again, resulting in nine housemates, including several top fan favorites, being put up for possible eviction. Here’s a closer look at the nominees and their chances of staying in the house this week:

Kellyrae and Kassia: Before their pairing in the BBNaija house was dissolved, fans dubbed this season the “Doublekay” show, celebrating Kellyrae and his wife, Kassia. This week, both have been nominated for eviction. They previously escaped elimination twice as a pair without landing in the bottom three. Now, as solo competitors, it will be challenging for their fans to split the votes to save both. Will the couple manage to stay in the house after Sunday night’s eviction?

Ozee: Given the popularity of the Mbadiwe Twins, it’s expected that Ozee will receive strong support from fans this week. The task should be easier as his twin brother is not on the eviction list. It would be a significant shock if Ozee were to be evicted.

Shaun and Victoria: Fans were surprised to see Victoria up for eviction, considering her calm demeanour. Victoria and Shaun, who formed the Shatoria pair, are both up for eviction this week. Fans will need to split their votes carefully—will Wanni X Handi fans rally to support Shaun? Regardless, one of the two is expected to stay beyond Sunday.

Sooj and Topher: In a surprising move, Topher nominated himself for eviction. This decision could prove costly, as Aces fans must now divide their votes to keep both Sooj and Topher in the house. Sooj’s strong bond with Nelly might help sway some votes from the Nelita camp. It’s anticipated that at least one, if not both, of them might be eliminated on Sunday.

Ben: Ben’s survival this week would be nothing short of a miracle. The last time his Beta pair faced eviction, they finished in the bottom three but narrowly escaped elimination. With Tjay winning the Head of House game, their fans have a chance to save him. But will it be enough?

Chizoba: Chizoba, alongside her sister Onyeka, previously finished in the bottom three. Although they have ties with the Mbadiwe Twins, Ozee’s nomination means no help is expected from that camp. With such strong competitors, Chizoba’s chances of survival appear slim.
