Sporadic gunshots ring out near Florida Golf Course while Trump was golfing 

The Trump campaign has assured the public that former President Donald Trump is unharmed after gunshots were heard near his location on Sunday.

A brief statement from Trump campaign spokesperson, Steven Cheung, read, “President Trump is safe following gunshots in his vicinity. No further details at this time.”

The incident occurred while Trump was golfing at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.

A source close to the situation revealed that the golf course was promptly locked down after the shots were fired.

However, specifics about the source of the gunshots or any ongoing investigations remain undisclosed.

Authorities are expected to release more information as details become available.

The incident comes Trump continued to threaten mass deportation in Springfield and Ohio.

We will do large deportations from Springfield, Ohio, large deportations. We’re going to get these people out. We’re bringing them back to Venezuela,” Trump stated during the rally, despite the lack of evidence to support these claims.

Springfield, located in Clark County, has an estimated immigrant population of between 12,000 to 15,000, according to the city’s official website.

However, the city does not specify the countries of origin of these immigrants. The website also clarifies that Haitian immigrants in the area are legally present under the Immigration Parole Program.
