Former U.S. President Donald Trump took to social media to express his gratitude to law enforcement after what he described as “an interesting day” at Trump International.

In a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Trump acknowledged the efforts of the U.S. Secret Service, Sheriff Ric Bradshaw, and the law enforcement team responsible for his security.

“Most importantly, I want to thank the U.S. Secret Service, Sheriff Ric Bradshaw and his Office of brave and dedicated Patriots, and, all of Law Enforcement, for the incredible job done today at Trump International in keeping me, as the 45th President of the United States, and the Republican Nominee in the upcoming Presidential Election, SAFE,” Trump wrote.

While the nature of the incident that prompted the statement was not disclosed, the former president emphasised the professionalism and dedication of the officers involved, calling their performance “absolutely outstanding.”

The former president’s message concluded with a display of patriotism: “I AM VERY PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN!”
