The interface of Fixtops ‘ website is so easy to navigate. The chat box provides an opportunity to state the problem with your appliances, even before you get connected to a potential repairer. The device could be phones, Laptops, or other electronic appliances. Rather than visit a physical shop, to avoid such hassle, Fixtops takes it upon itself to make things easier for the user as it connects them with the nearest repairers around them. They have the regular service and a premium package with an option to price how much it would cost.

While growing up in Nigeria, Fidelis Chibueze had a first-hand experience of what it means to find a repairer. Things took a new shape when he established his electronic shop in 2018. Due to the current of power supply in Nigeria, phones, laptops and other appliances always get issues. Most time, due to the financial implications of repair, the owner always leaves it, buy another one or better still are made to do without it for some time.

To provide solutions to these reoccurring issues, Fidelis founded Fixtops, an idea that has been with him for more than two years, finally sees the daylight in the post-COVID-19 era as he finally meet a thinker like him, he sold the idea to him and they both set out to revolutionize the Nigeria and global tech ecosystem.

Born more than three decades ago in Lagos State, South Western Nigeria, Fidelis has always been a wonder child, while his peers were still sulking it up, being a handbag of their parents, he was already making things happen by himself, at the age of six, he was already renting out a bicycle to his peers. This was the beginning of his entrepreneurship skills. He rents it out, makes money for himself, and uses the money to solve financial issues.

By the age of twenty years old, Fidelis took another bold initiative as he founded LinkAccess. Long before the internet or social media evolution, Parents always had Herculean tasks before they had access to the results of their children. LinkAccess made this easier for parents to check, monitor, and track the results of their children.

And for the past two years and more Fixtops has become another innovation from Fidelis, his bright, beautiful and awesome innovation has helped so many people, laid the foundation for what to expect in future. The new innovations which are first of its kind in Nigeria have been a lifesaver. It connects people to the nearest repairmen around them at a very affordable price.

Uber, Bolt, In Drive, Taxify, Agbero and more have redefined the cab-hailing service in Nigeria, Jumia and Konga have also made good purchasing easier for the people, likewise, Hey Food, Glovo are making food available to people when due. Not forgetting Financial technology-based platforms like Moniepoint, Kuda, Opay, and others, alike, have made life more cool for Nigerians. Fixtops seems to have followed suit, this time around with gadget repairing.
