Biden delivers over $137 million in aid to Hurricane Helene victims

U.S. President Joe Biden announced that his administration has provided more than $137 million in individual assistance to communities impacted by Hurricane Helene.

In a message shared via Twitter, Biden emphasised his commitment to supporting those in need, stating, “My Administration will continue to do whatever it takes to help those that need it most.”

He said to date, the federal response to the hurricane victims has included the distribution of over 14.9 million meals and more than 13.9 million liters of water to those affected.
