Why I can’t date a musician even in my dreams – Ayra Starr

Nigerian singer Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, popularly known as Ayra Starr, has revealed her preference for a partner outside the music industry.

Known for her chart-topping hits and fashion-forward style, Ayra Starr stated that her dream partner would be a billionaire capable of supporting her luxurious lifestyle.

In a conversation with Coco Jones for Rolling Stone’s “Musicians on Musicians” issue, Ayra Starr opened up about her ideal relationship, dismissing the idea of dating a fellow artiste.

When asked by Jones if she would consider dating someone in the music industry , the 22-year-old singer responded boldly.

“In the dream world, it wouldn’t be somebody that is in the [music] industry,” Ayra Starr shared. “Probably just like a billionaire. On a yacht. In Dubai. In a thong [laughs].”
