Reality TV star Angel Smith, known for her stint on Big Brother Naija, has opened up about her struggles with love following her recent split from fellow BBNaija alum, Soma.
In a cryptic message shared on her X page, Angel expressed deep sentiments about love and loneliness, admitting that she may only find genuine affection “when [she] actually die[s].”
This revelation comes just hours after Soma’s ex-girlfriend, Hilda Dirisu, made serious allegations against him, claiming he was physically abusive and attempted to reconnect with her despite his relationship with Angel.
The allegations cast a shadow over Soma’s past relationships, with many questioning the nature of his involvement with Angel.
Angel‘s post marks another chapter in her challenging love life. Fans will recall that she was previously involved with BBNaija Shine Ya Eye star Cross, though their romance fizzled out shortly after their season ended in 2021.
The recent revelations also raise questions about the planned wedding announcement made by Ilebaye, winner of the BBNaija All-Stars season, who previously claimed in a viral video that Angel and Soma were set to marry in January
