Ric Hassani links up with Ne-Yo, Joeboy for ‘Love & Romance’ remix

Nigerian singer Ikechukwu Eric Ahiauzu, popularly known as Ric Hassani has released the remix of his single ‘Love & Romance’, featuring colleague Joeboy and American R&B singer Ne-Yo.

Hassani announced the song’s latest version on his Instagram page. The original ‘Love & Romance’ was released in August.

The remix brings together three unique voices. Hassani’s soothing tone introduces the track, while Ne-Yo showcases his musical expertise. Joeboy adds his signature blend of Pidgin and English.

Hassani is a renowned for his musical prowess. His works have earned him numerous awards and nominations.

He was nominated in three categories at 2016 All Africa Music Awards and received two nominations at The Headies 2016, including Best Alternative Song for his track ‘Gentleman’.

He has released several successful projects, including ‘The African Gentleman’, ‘The Prince I Became’, ‘The Prince I Became (Deluxe)’, and ‘Afro Love’ in 2023.

Joeboy has also received accolades since his breakout single ‘Begining’ in 2019.

Ne-Yo, born Shaffer Chimere Smith, is a three-time Grammy Award winner who rose to fame in the 2000s.
