Nollywood actor Gideon Okeke has crowned Zubby Michael as the “biggest Nollywood star,” praising his colleague’s talent and success in the industry.
Taking to his Instastory, Okeke expressed love for Michael, likening his greatness to a God’s gift. He wrote:
“Zubby Michael is the biggest Nollywood star. But like Elizabeth, I know what Mary is carrying. God’s expression resounds in different decibels.
“It takes only humility to submit in praise, to God. Keep riding my broda. I see you.”
Okeke’s recognition comes after a heated debate earlier this year on the Prime Video reality show “Ebuka Turns Up Africa”, where Michael and Timini Egbuson sparred over who deserved the title of Africa’s biggest actor.
Egbuson argued his quality of movies, box office success, and industry respect made him the frontrunner. However, Michael countered that his wealth and career achievements secured his place at the top.
