Nigerian politician and businessman, Ned Nwoko, has dismissed rumours of a marital crisis involving his Moroccan wife, Laila Charani.
Speculation about trouble in their marriage surfaced last week after reports on social media claimed that Nwoko and his youngest wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, had unfollowed Charani on Instagram. The development led many to believe that there was discord within the family.
However, Nwoko took to his Instagram page to set the record straight. Sharing a video featuring himself, Laila, and their children, he captioned it:
“Sports and family: the perfect Sunday evening blend with my wife, Laila, and the kids.”
The video, which showed a harmonious family moment, appeared to counter the rumors, as Nwoko demonstrated that his family remains united.
