Elsie Okpocha calls out Basketmouth of manipulating their son

Elsie Okpocha, the estranged wife of popular Nigerian comedian Basketmouth, has taken to social media to air her grievances in a series of cryptic posts, accusing him of manipulating their 16-year-old son.

In the posts shared on her Instagram story, Elsie questioned the comedian’s alleged interference in her relationship with their teenage son, expressing frustration over being denied access to the boy’s phone.

“I need an answer,” she wrote. “Is a mother not supposed to have access to her 16-year-old’s phone?”

Elsie also accused Basketmouth of attempting to hinder her happiness, hinting at ongoing tensions between the former couple following their separation.

“How are you still trying to frustrate her efforts cos she has decided to be happy?” she asked.

In her most striking statement, Elsie claimed that Basketmouth advised their son not to share his phone password with her.

“Tell me why a father should tell his son of 16 years!! 16!!! Not to give his mother his password??” she wrote.
