Popular media personality, Daddy Freeze, has advised men to stop giving money to women when they can “scope” them instead.
His statement comes amid the ongoing controversy involving Afrobeats star Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje, who accused the singer of failing to fulfill his alleged promise of gifting her a Lamborghini after they had an intimate encounter.
Sophia, in a viral post on Friday, claimed Burna Boy assured her of the luxury car in exchange for sex but later reneged on the deal. In response, Burna Boy shared a mocking video on his Instagram story, dismissing her outburst.
Reacting to the saga in a video on his Instagram page, Daddy Freeze sided with Burna Boy, questioning why men should give expensive gifts for intimacy.
“Women, please stop selling your body for a Lamborghini. And please, men, una no get action? Una no fit talk to women? Which one is Lamborghini?” he said.
He further emphasized that the government should step in to curb what he described as a growing culture of transactional relationships.
Captioning his video, Daddy Freeze wrote: “Lambo Lamba. Burna did well. Never press money when you can scope. The government needs to step in and stop this sex-for-Lambo-style drama.”
