Nollywood actress Destiny Etiko has taken legal action against her colleague, Queeneth Hilbert, over allegations of defamation.
A day ago, reports surfaced that Queeneth had accused Destiny of “snatching people’s Odogwu,” claiming the actress once took an ex-boyfriend of hers from Benin who owned a Benz.
In response, Destiny, through her lawyers, has filed a petition demanding Queeneth retract her statements across all social media platforms. The legal team described the allegations as false, stating they were intended to tarnish Destiny’s reputation.
The petition also orders Queeneth to cease and desist from making any further defamatory statements against the actress and to issue a public retraction.
