Nigerian hip-hop artiste Tobechukwu Melvin Ejiofor, popularly known as Illbliss, has stirred reactions after sharing a conversation with an elderly man who dismissed praying for Nigeria as a “waste of prayer time.”
The ‘Emi Ni Baller’ crooner recounted his experience during a morning mass, where he was reciting the “Prayer for Nigeria.”
According to him, an older man smiled and told him, “That’s a total waste of prayer time with God. You can’t mock God.”
Following the encounter, Illbliss took to social media to give a shoutout to Nigerians enduring hardship, insecurity, and poor governance.
