‘BBL without a brain is a disaster,’ Mary Njoku cautions ladies

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Mary Remmy Njoku has cautioned women against prioritizing cosmetic surgeries like Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL) over personal growth and intelligence.

In an Instagram post, Njoku stated that beauty is no longer rare, as anyone with money can alter their appearance. She emphasized that what truly makes a woman stand out is her mind, not her looks.

Encouraging women to invest in their skills and knowledge, the actress noted that while one can buy a new body, a new brain cannot be purchased. She further advised those undergoing cosmetic procedures to also budget for personal development, warning that “a BBL without a brain is a disaster waiting to happen.”
