The highly anticipated GOtv Boxing Night 33 is scheduled to take place on April 26 at the Molade Okoya-Thomas Indoor Sports Hall, Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos.
In a statement released on Wednesday, Flykite Productions, the event organisers, confirmed that the night will feature top-tier boxing talents, including Sikiru “Omo Iya Eleja” Shogbesan, Nigeria’s first graduate boxer, Williams “Kaki” Amosu, Sodiq Adeleke, Sadiq Oyakojo, Lateef “Latest” Azeez, and the electrifying female boxer, Ayisat Oriyomi.
Flykite’s Chief Operating Officer, Bamidele Johnson, revealed that additional fighters may still be added to the lineup.
According to him, the selected boxers rank among the best in their weight divisions and are prepared to deliver thrilling performances.
“Many of these boxers are highly placed in both local and continental rankings. They are young, hungry for success, and eager to showcase their talent. Fans can expect explosive bouts,” Johnson stated.
On Wednesday, the featured fighters officially signed their contracts at a brief but elegant signing ceremony at Flykite Productions’ Lagos office.
With fierce rivalries and championship aspirations on the line, GOtv Boxing Night 33 promises an unforgettable night of hard-hitting action.
