Nigerian on-air personality Dotun Ojuolape, popularly known as Do2dtun, has weighed in on the ongoing dispute between controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, and veteran Fuji artist Akorede Babatunde Okunola, professionally called Saheed Osupa.

The feud began after Osupa accused Portable of copyright infringement for using a line from one of his songs.

Following complaints from the Fuji singer and his distributors, Portable’s track was removed from Spotify and Apple Music.

In response, Portable launched a verbal attack on Osupa in a viral video, berating the Fuji legend for his actions. The ‘Zazu Zeh’ crooner accused Osupa of failing to support his career, unlike fellow Fuji star Pasuma. He also mocked Osupa’s stature, calling him “big for nothing.”

Reacting to the drama, Do2dtun took to (formerly Twitter) to express his views. He criticized Portable for his lack of accountability, stating that the singer’s actions were disrespectful and unjustified.

“You want to look for trouble but it’s Saheed Osupa’s trouble you want to look for? You go dey collect beating bus stop by bus stop. This is the issue: you sampled someone’s song without his permission and then insult him when he took it down. You sometimes mistake privileges for rights,” Do2dtun wrote.
