Nollywood actress and podcaster Biola Bayo has extended her support to her senior colleague, Dupe Jayesimi, following the veteran’s emotional revelations about her struggles with childlessness and a failed marriage.
In a recent interview on Biola Bayo’s podcast, Dupe Jayesimi shared her painful experiences of enduring miscarriages, mistreatment by her husband, and raising other people’s children without having her own to celebrate her 60th birthday.
Despite her challenges, she expressed hope, believing that her situation could still change.
Reacting to the emotional interview, Biola Bayo took to her Instagram page to express her unwavering support for the veteran actress. She reassured Jayesimi that she is not alone and declared that her days of sorrow are over.
“Mummy, we want you to know you’re not alone in this journey of life; you have many children already. We want you to know that your day of sorrow is over; God has remembered you for good. You will laugh last,” Biola wrote.
The actress also called for financial support for Jayesimi, announcing the creation of a support group. She urged well-wishers to join and contribute, emphasizing the importance of standing by the veteran in her time of need.
