Sonia Ighalo, the ex-wife of Nigerian footballer Jude Ighalo, has taken to social media to shower praises on her new partner.
In a series of affectionate posts on her Instagram stories, Sonia described her new man with glowing admiration, referring to him as her “personalized slice of heaven” and the “cutest legislator in Africa.”
The mother of three expressed gratitude to her new partner for his unwavering love and care. Declaring him the best man in the world, she fondly referred to him using endearing nicknames, including “My Shakara Guy” and “Ekpen 1 of the Universe.”
“Not to brag, but sis, I got the best man in the world,” she wrote. “My personalised slice of Heaven. The cutest legislator in Africa. My Shakara Guy. Ekpen 1 of the universe. Onye na eche Obi m. Nwoke Oma. Oghomwen. Nonyaenmwen. We are urukpa ni’ih ya deghe. My pride.”
Her public declaration continued with words of gratitude in multiple languages, including French and Italian.
“Thank you. Merci. Grazie Amore Mio. Je Ta’ime. I love you, King. Yours, no returns.”
In another heartfelt post, Sonia made it clear that her relationship is solid and enduring, apologizing to any hopeful admirers. She described her partner as her husband and credited him for bringing joy back into her life.
“I’m sorry to anybody who thought they were next; he isn’t going anywhere. That’s my husband, period. Ok bye.”
She further expressed how her new relationship has positively impacted her life.
