She also extended her thanks to the immediate past Governor of Akwa Ibom, Udom Emmanuel, for his unwavering support during her family’s period of grief.

“To the glory of God, we gave our father a funeral befitting for a man after God’s heart, a lover of life, and the heart of the party,” she wrote.

The actress acknowledged her colleagues and friends for making time to stand by her despite their busy schedules and the economic challenges. Their presence, she noted, brought her comfort and strength.

In a heartfelt message to her family, Ini Edo commended their resilience and unity throughout the challenging period. She credited their upbringing, marked by love, fear of God, and togetherness, as the driving force that kept them strong.
