The eldest daughter of Abiola Ajimobi, the late former Governor of Oyo State, Bisola Kola-Daisi, is dead.
Bisola, aged 42, was said to have passed away in London, United Kingdom.
He husband, Kolapo Kola-Daisi, who is a politician and bank executive, confirmed his wife’s demise on social media.
He wrote: “The world has lost a shining star. Bisola was not just my wife; she was my partner in everything. Her spirit will live on in our children.”
The deceased was a businesswoman and philanthropist. She was the Managing Director of Grandex Nigeria Ltd., a leading retail and wholesale chain established in 1984. She was the founder of the Florence H. Luxury Boutique. where she carved out a name for herself.
Until her demise, Bisola was a special adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu.
