‘Six years later, she’s still mine!’ Ned Nwoko pens love poem to Regina

Nigerian senator and businessman Ned Nwoko has marked six years of marriage with his sixth wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, by dedicating a romantic poem to her on Instagram.

Titled “Six Years Later…: She Still Can’t Resist Me,” the poem, shared alongside a picture of the couple, reflects on their enduring love.

“Six years and counting, and what do they see? A love untamed, wild, and free. Regina, my fire, my sweetest delight, Through every storm, you’ve held me tight,” Nwoko wrote.

He also shared a playful exchange with Regina, revealing how he jokingly proposed to her again.

“This morning, feeling bold and true, I sent you a message, out of the blue: ‘Will you marry me?’ a reckless play.”

According to Nwoko, Regina responded with laughter, saying, “Hahahahaha! Always! The biggest YES!”

Addressing critics, the senator defended his views on love and marriage:
“They whisper of love in measured tones, as if hearts are caged, made of stone. But ours, Regina, is fierce and wild, a dance of fire, God’s own child.”
