We tackle trust deficit, aid digital transactions – Dxhub Digital Limited

Dxhub Digital Limited said that since 2018, it has been on a mission to tackle a critical issue in Nigeria’s burgeoning digital economy: the lack of trust and reliability in gift card and cryptocurrency transactions.

The founders of the company, Dolapo and Gbolahan Ilesanmi, said Dxhub Digital was born out of a need to provide Nigerians with a secure and seamless platform, addressing the rampant problems of fraud, slow transaction speeds, and unreliable service that plagued the sector.

The statement signed by the founders further reads: “The company’s core mission is to create a trustworthy environment where users can confidently buy and sell digital assets.

“Dxhub Digital’s commitment to exceptional service and lasting customer relationships directly addresses the trust deficit prevalent in the Nigerian digital space. By prioritizing customer satisfaction and continually refining its services, Dxhub Digital is actively combating the negative perceptions and experiences that have hindered the widespread adoption of digital transactions. The company’s focus on reliability and transparency aims to foster a sense of security among its users, encouraging greater participation in the digital economy.

“With over 100,000 transactions completed on its mobile app, Dxhub Digital has demonstrated its ability to provide a user-friendly and trustworthy platform. Strategic collaborations, such as its feature in the Nirvana party and partnership with Jidex, highlight Dxhub Digital’s commitment to innovation and community engagement. As Dxhub Digital seeks partnerships with brands in Lagos and Osun States and aims to sign an influencer as the face of the brand, it is actively working to expand its reach and further solidify its position as a leader in transforming digital transactions in Nigeria.”
