Although the American Constitution under the 22nd Amendment prohibits it, President Donald Trump says it is possible he runs for a third term in office.
Trump , in a phone interview with NBC News, said there were methods available to him to make a third run for the White House. And he said he was not joking about it.
He said, “A lot of people want me to do it “But, I mean, I basically tell them we have a long way to go, you know, it’s very early in the administration.
“I’m focused on the current,” Trump added, in some of his most extensive comments to date about serving a third term.”
When he was asked if he wanted another term, he responded, “I like working.”
He, however, added that “it is far too early to think about it.”
