Rotimi Salami calls out colleague over fake Facebook post

Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has called out his colleague, Tosin Olaniyan, after a Facebook post surfaced, allegedly impersonating her.

The Yoruba actor took to Instagram, sharing a screenshot of the post, which featured a photo of him with a woman. The post, attributed to a Facebook user impersonating Tosin, claimed that Rotimi was spending quality time with his wife. The caption read, “Actor Rotimi Salami shares beautiful moments with his wife.”

In his response, Rotimi expressed frustration over the growing number of fake posts about him on social media and directly tagged Tosin, urging her to address the claim. He wrote, “Facebook people don come o. @olaniyan_tosin, come and defend this claim.”

Tosin quickly responded, raising her own concerns in a playful tone, questioning why anyone would want to send her to prison. “Aaah, nitori olohun. Ahhh, yeah, who wan send me go prison bayi.”
