Genevieve Nnaji fires back at age-shaming trolls

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Genevieve Nnaji has hit back at trolls who attempted to age-shame her on social media.

The actress was targeted by one troll on Twitter who reminded her that “you really cannot cheat nature” and remarked that her “fine wine is finally growing old.”

In her witty response, Nnaji told the troll, “It gets worse, bro. I’ll get so old I’ll die. If I’m lucky.” She humorously acknowledged the inevitability of aging while keeping the tone lighthearted.

Another troll chimed in with the comment, “Mummy, u don old o,” to which Nnaji replied, “Daddy, I don’t wish it on you,” turning the situation into another moment of deflection.
