Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has taken a swipe at his senior colleague, Zlatan Ibile, dismissing him as an “upcoming artiste.”
During an interview on Echo Room, Portable downplayed Zlatan’s relevance, claiming that even his car dealer advised him against responding to the singer, suggesting Zlatan was using his name for clout.
“Zlatan is an up-and-coming artist… My car dealer told me I shouldn’t have answered him because he wanted to chase clout with my name. He even said he doesn’t know Zlatan’s songs,” Portable claimed.
The Zazu Zeh crooner further alleged that Zlatan is not popular among the wealthy due to his style of music. He also accused the singer of wrongdoing, referencing a video Zlatan posted during a past altercation involving Portable and socialite Sam Larry.
