Harrysong’s “I’m polygamous,” declaration awakens controversy

Popular Nigerian singer and  songwriter Harrysong known for hit songs like ‘Raggae Blues’ has sparked up controversies conversation following his recent declaration about his martial life.

The singer recently opened up about his opinion on polygamy and revealed that he is polygamous.

“NOT sorry I’m polygamous. Freedom and support rit”, he wrote in a viral Instagram post.

This revelation comes 10 months after he levelled allegations of infidelity against his estranged wife.

Recall that 10 months ago, Harrysong accused his wife Alexer Peres of cheating on him while being married. The singer also claimed that Alexer was impregnated by another man during the course of their marriage.

Alexer responded to the allegations in a video statement where she denied the allegations and went on to accuse Harrysong of domestic abuse, having an unhealthy control behavior, and being emotionally manipulative.

She revealed that Harrysong cheated frequently during their marriage and would then gaslight her into silence.

“He beat me when I was pregnant. He said no one would believe me because he is a celebrity,” Alexer claimed.

However, Harrysong’s declaration that he is a polygamist has reopened the controversies about his former marriage.
