Bishop David Oyedepo has urged his followers to look beyond Nigeria’s economic struggles, including the falling value of the Naira, and instead place their faith in God as the true key to progress and peace.

He spoke while delivering a powerful message during the Covenant Day of All-Round Rest Service at Faith Tabernacle, Canaanland, Ogun State.

“Can anybody just make progress in Nigeria? No. That is why you are not making progress. The Naira is down. When the Naira was up, what did you have?” he asked, addressing the challenges faced by businesses and families amidst the country’s economic instability.

In his sermon, Unlocking the Supernatural 1A, Oyedepo reminded the congregation that faith in God is the ultimate solution, emphasizing that even in the face of financial crises, those who place their trust in God will experience a level of peace and success that the world cannot offer.

“Faith is never surprised at victory. Faith always sees it before it comes,” he said.

Drawing from his own personal experience, Oyedepo shared how he entered into a covenant with God over 40 years ago, which has brought him an enduring sense of peace and success.

He encouraged everyone to make serving God and advancing His Kingdom a lifestyle, stating that doing so would unlock supernatural rest and blessings in every area of life.

“If you will change your level by engaging more with the Word of God, you will see changes,” Oyedepo assured the congregation, reinforcing the importance of deepening one’s faith.
