Nigerian musician Dammy Krane has officially released his much-anticipated EP titled 5ive, fulfilling his earlier promise to drop the project on the same day as Davido.
Taking to his X account, the singer announced the arrival of the EP with a bold statement: “It is over for the OPPS, 5IVE by DAMMY KRANE out now,” he wrote, accompanying the post with a video featuring a sound clip from Davido.
The release adds another layer to the ongoing tension between the two artists, drawing attention from fans and music lovers alike.
Although the artist was once friends with Davido, he has recently resorted to throwing shades at him, referring to him in several posts as “Flopido.”
His newly released project, 5ive, comprises five tracks and features collaborations with Ghanaian star Stonebwoy, Babyboy AV, and Demarco.
Dammy Krane was arrested in 2024 following a string of verbal attacks on Davido, including accusations linking the singer to the deaths of some associates. Although he later apologised, Krane has continued to take subtle digs at Davido.
