Nigerian rapper Ice Prince Zamani, simply called Ice Prince, has shared his experience in the music and rap industry in Nigeria.

Ice Prince in an interview with Isbaeu, gave credit to his colleague MI for teaching him how to rap and mentoring him.

While speaking, Ice Prince referred to MI as his big brother and said he went through training under the supervision of MI for years.

He attributed his success to the mentorship and training he received from MI Abaga.

“I can rap on any beat, with anybody, any rapper and I will stand out. I’m not going to have a wack verse on a song. I’m not saying other rappers cannot rap or do their thing but it can’t be said that I’m wack. I was brought up by the best, shout out to MI Abaga. I rapped with MI for years. That’s my big brother, he taught me how to do this and he taught me well,” Ice Prince stated.

The rapper who became famous after his hit single Oleku which was released in 2011, has grown to be among the biggest rappers in the Nigerian music and rap industry.

Ice prince once shared that he found his love for rap because he could not afford to pay registration fee to further his education in the university.
