Popular Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has stated that Lamine Yamal is a better footballer than multiple Ballon d’or winner, Lionel Messi.
Odumodublvck made this statement on his X page after the Copa del Rey match on the 26th of April. Odumodublvck’s statement came after Lamine Yamal’s performance in the match.
The rapper emphasized that the 17 year old has achieved far more than Lionel Messi at that age.
“Yamal is better than Lionel Messi. Na me, Kala talk am. At 17, Messi was not touching this [Yamal’s] level. I saw him live. I saw him, you cannot whine me. Nobody can whine me”, he said in his post.
This statement by the rapper has sparked reactions with some stating that although Lamine Yamal’s performance has been outstanding, he is still far from touching Lionel Messi’s achievements
