Late goals secure Seamoriow FC victory over Bison FC in NYML NLO showdown

Seamoriow FC continued their dominant run in the 2025 NYML Nationwide League One (NLO) with a hard-fought 2–0 victory over Bison FC in a tense fixture played at the ever-vibrant Maracana Stadium in Ajegunle.

Despite being held goalless for much of the match, Seamoriow FC displayed patience and resilience, eventually breaking down a well-organized Bison FC defense in the final quarter of the game.

The breakthrough came in the 79th minute through Johnson Yomi, who reacted quickest to a loose ball inside the box and calmly slotted home to send the home crowd into celebration.

With Bison FC pushing forward in search of an equalizer, Seamoriow struck again in added time. Midfielder Omoge Ebenezer sealed the win with a fine finish in the 90+1st minute, following a swift counterattack that exposed the opposition’s backline.

It was a third straight win for Seamoriow FC, who have yet to concede a goal in the competition.

The team’s tactical discipline, attacking depth, and mental strength were once again evident, as they continue to stake their claim as early contenders in the 2025 NYML NLO campaign.
