Mercy Chinwo’s ex-manager breaks silence on VeryDarkMan’s arrest

Eezee Tee, the former manager of renowned gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, has spoken out following the recent arrest of controversial social media critic, VeryDarkMan (VDM), in Abuja by security operatives.

The internet has been ablaze with speculation since VDM’s arrest, with some reports accusing Mercy Chinwo of being behind the move due to a defamation lawsuit she reportedly filed against him.

The suit stems from VDM’s comments on the gospel singer’s ongoing legal dispute with her ex-label boss, Eezee Tee.

Amid the swirling controversy, Eezee Tee has now broken his silence. In a post shared on his Instagram page, he distanced himself from the arrest and praised VeryDarkMan’s role as an advocate for the underprivileged.

“No one can dispute his contributions by giving voice to the voiceless and amplifying the concerns of the have-nots,” Eezee Tee wrote. “At this trying time, I pray for your safety and release.”
