Popular singer Ayra Starr has recently achieved another milestone in her music career as the first Nigerian female artiste to debut a solo track on the UK official top 100.
Ayra recently received a UK platinum plaque for her hit single- Rush. The song which was released in 2022, became a success in the UK.
The song also earlier received a diamond certification in France, adding the milestone to Ayra’s list of certifications.
Ayra has had a great start to the year 2025 with new song releases and collaborations. The Mavin star also joined the list of Nigerians to walk the Met Gala red carpet.
Her latest Album has also been a success with notable wins, nominations and awards. The album named ‘The year I turned 21’, featured international artistes like Coco Jones.
Ayra has proved to be not just a national success but also an internationally recognized Afrobeats artiste.
She also won an award at the recently conducted Headies award.
