The Black Entertainment Awards has announced the nominations for the upcoming award event set to hold on the 9th of June 2025.
The nominations include popular Nigerian stars who have gone above and beyond to create a global name for themselves.
The BET awards Nominated stars like Grammy award winner, Tems, Burna Boy, as well as the Mavin star, Ayra Starr, global sensation- Rema and the self acclaimed president of Pluto, Shallipopi.
Ayra Starr who just released the visuals for her new track with Wizkid was nominated for three different categories- Best New Artist, Best International Act, and Best Female R&B Pop artist. Her BET nominations is just another testament to her fast growing global success.
Grammy award winner, Tems, also got nominated in two different categories for the prestigious BET awards.
Other Nigerian sensations to bag nominations are Burna Boy, Rema, and Shallipopi.
