Popular Nollywood actress and movie producer, Jumoke George, has made a public plea for prayers, revealing her ongoing struggles with health and homelessness.

In a heartfelt and emotional video that has since gone viral, the actress, visibly distressed and in tears, shared her personal challenges with her followers.

Speaking emotionally in an interview with Talk to B, she explained that she is not only battling illness but is also without a home. Also, George mentioned that her child is missing, adding to her distress.

“Please pray for me, I’ve never ruined anyone’s life. I’m tired, I can no longer bear it. I don’t have a home, nor anything, and my child is missing,” she said, her voice breaking. “I don’t have good health,” she added, making several other emotional pleas for help.

Some reactions included:

  • @thefashygram: “Is this for real? I feel so bad for this woman coz she’s a really good actress. My mom used to make me watch Yoruba films by force, that’s where I knew her from.”

  • @AjibolaFaisol01: “Looks like they’re acting Nollywood.”

  • @AbimbolahOlaibi: “Where is Odunlade? These people went all out for weddings and wasted money. Nigeria, we need love for one another. Many need our help, but we’re only focused on wealth.”

  • @Ayomide531909: “You’ll just set up the camera and call it acting when you’re enjoying yourselves online? Stop playing around, Mama.”

  • @graphicalsoccer: “This is sad. I always saw her as a woman who had it all, acting for fun. I pray God comes through for her.”

  • @DjL0ngmann: “God forgive me, but this woman has always been sad in her roles, and even in real life, she’s always crying. She needs a change of role to a happy, rich mother.”

  • @sheyi_omotayo: “I swear she’s not lying. The church in my street in Agbado, the way she walks sometimes made me think it’s just her size. I didn’t know she’s been sick. People think she’s rich, but she’s going through a lot.”

  • @NgoziPreshy: “Omg!!! No wonder I don’t see her on the screen. The burden is too much for her. I pray God shows her mercy and brings helpers to her.”
