Nigerian on-air personality and rapper, Nnamdi Nwabasili, popularly known as N6, has confessed to playing a key role in igniting the long-standing rivalry between rap heavyweights M.I Abaga and Vector Tha Viper.
In a recent interview with Day Genius, N6 claimed his response track to M.I’s 2017 controversial single You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Lives played a major role in triggering Vector’s lyrical attacks on M.I.
“I did a reply track to M.I’s diss track… then he replied me with about 18 tweets,” N6 revealed. “Some people don’t know that was what led to him and Vector’s beef.”
The radio host explained that while other rappers responded diplomatically to M.I’s track, his own song, You Should Fix Up Your Life Too, hit harder and sparked a confrontation.
“M.I did that song and some rappers replied but were being diplomatic. I wasn’t. When I dropped my reply, we got into a fight. Out of about 4,000 replies, he came for me,” N6 added.
