Dino Melaye claps back at Charley Boy, calls him bad son

Sen. Dino Melaye has sent a response and a warning to Charly Boy who called him out for his display of wealth.

Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa also known as Charly Boy had called out Melaye for flaunting his lifestyle on Wednesday, stating that one can be clinically depressed despite being rich.

“This shows that even in the midst of luxury/obscene affluence, it is possible to be clinically depressed ,not all forms of mental illness are discernible,” he wrote.

Melaye clapped back at the veteran entertainer on Thursday with a video on his X handle, stating that Charly Boy’s living condition was bad.

“Charly Boy is trying to use my name to gain popularity because his destiny has been thrown inside a freezer, I heard he has a leaking roof but he has no money to fix it. He places a whole big bike in front of his house like a statue and doesn’t see that as a show-off,” Melaye stated.

He went on to call the entertainer a prodigal son, warning him not to mess with his reputation.

“Boda agbaya. Charly Boy. Bad son of a good father. Egungun wey dey climb okada. Be careful. Charly Boy is the head boy of the prodigal children institute Gwarinpa,” Melaye wrote.
