The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says it will release the results of the re-sit Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination for 379,000 candidates on Wednesday.

The candidates are those affected by the technical and human errors glitch in the 2025  UTME.

JAMB had to make good its promise to reschedule  379,997  candidates who were affected by the technical glitch experienced by the examination body, for another Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination.

The rescheduling began on 15th May, as promised by the JAMB  Registrar, Professor Ishaq Oloyede. Affected candidates were beginning to see new dates, time and venues for the exam, in reprinted exam slips.

“We appreciate our critics for not being indifferent.

“The unusual level of complaints prompted an immediate audit of the 2025 UTME, and our findings regrettably confirm that some candidates were impacted by a technical error during result processing,” he said.
