Controversial Nigerian street-hop sensation, Portable, has unleashed a scathing attack on his colleague and rival, Speed Darlington, following a viral video in which Speed Darlington allegedly confessed to sleeping with a 15-year-old girl.
Reacting fiercely to the video, Portable wasted no time in labeling Speed Darlington a “disgrace” to the Igbo ethnic group.
He passionately argued that Igbo men are renowned for their generosity and for showering women with money and gifts, contrasting this with Speed Darlington’s alleged boast of taking the virginity of an underage girl for a paltry N2000.
“This man called Speed Darling aka Akpi is a disgrace to Igbo men,” Portable declared in a video circulating online. “He is the first Igbo man that is lazy, that r@pes. An Igbo man would pay before sleeping with you. You will eat chicken, fish, sleep well…Igbo men take care of women. They have money.”
Portable continued his tirade, expressing his disgust at Speed Darlington’s alleged actions: “A useless Igbo man like Speed Darlington is r@ping a girl. His mates are waiting for ships in the sea, he is crying for relationship…r@ping a child that is looking for admission.” He concluded his condemnation with a strong call for justice, stating, “You must go to jail.”
This public denouncement by Portable comes as Speed Darlington is reportedly expected to appear at the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) office today to answer questions regarding the controversial video where he claimed to have slept with a minor in a hotel.
