EFCC grabs 43 for internet fraud in Nasarawa

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested 43 suspected internet fraudsters in Toto, Nasarawa State.
The suspected internet fraudsters were arrested on Friday, May 30, 2025, Dele Oyewale, the spokesperson for the EFCC said in a statement.
According to the statement, the arrest of the alleged fraudsters followed actionable intelligence which linked them to fraudulent internet activities.
Items recovered from them include five motorcycles, 64 mobile phones, four laptop computers and an iPad.
“They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” Oyewale concluded in the statement.
