Russia has jokingly offered to help settle the increasing dispute between  U.S. President Donald Trump and tech billionaire Elon Musk  but says it won’t come for free.

Dmitry Medvedev, Vice President of Russia’s Security Council, made this known  on X (formerly Twitter) that Russia is “ready to help make peace” between Trump and Musk, as long as there’s “a reasonable fee.” He also said Russia would gladly accept shares in Musk’s satellite company, Starlink, as payment.

“Don’t fight, guys!” Medvedev wrote in a lighthearted tone, referring to the very public argument between the two.

The feud began when Musk criticized Trump’s proposed spending bill, calling it a “disgusting abomination” and urging lawmakers to reject it. Trump responded by expressing disappointment in Musk, saying he had once supported him.
