President Bola Tinubu returned to Abuja on Tuesday after a festive Sallah holiday and a flurry of official engagements in Lagos, including the commissioning of key road projects.

Upon his arrival at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, the President was warmly received by top government officials, including the Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume.

The welcome was captured in official photographs released by the State House.

President Tinubu spent the Eid-el-Kabir celebration in Lagos, where he combined religious observance with high-level infrastructure engagements.

Notably, he commissioned several road projects aimed at boosting connectivity and easing traffic in Africa’s most populous city.

His presence in Lagos over the Sallah period also highlighted the administration’s emphasis on bringing federal presence closer to the people through tangible projects.
